On April 30th, the Moscow League of Women Voters held a forum on the 20 year, $10.8 Million School Repair Bond Election.  The election is Tuesday, May 21st 8 am to 8 pm.  Most voters will cast ballots at the Latah County Fairgrounds, across White Avenue from Safeway on the east side of Moscow.  There is also a polling place in Viola.  Under Idaho law, the bond needs two-thirds of the votes to pass.

This panel discussion includes Moscow School District Superintendent Dale Kleinert, District Business Manager Deb Adair, Moscow Middle School Principal Kevin Hill and McDonald Elementary School Principal Cindy Bechinski.
