                      IT’S TIME TO NOMINATE NEW MEMBERS

                      TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

                      Radio Free Moscow is now requesting nominations for members to join the Board of Directors. Any member of Radio Free Moscow can nominate a person for the Board of Directors. The Board is accepting nominations until December 10th. Radio Free Moscow Members will vote on new Board members at the January 14th, 2015 meeting.

                      We currently have four open positions on the Board, including Treasurer and Secretary positions.

                      Nominees to the Board are required to be a current member of Radio Free Moscow, and be committed and able to make time for Board and RFM responsibilities, and bring skills and knowledge to sustain and enhance the operations of Radio Free Moscow.

                      We are seeking to include individuals from the communities in our new listening areas: Pullman, rural Latah and Whitman Counties.

                      The RFM Board is a ‘working’ Board and is responsible for the strategic planning of KRFP. Much of our work happens outside of monthly meetings. Board Members roll up our sleeves and engage actively in working with our volunteer driven radio station, and promoting KRFP in our community with a focus on fundraising events. The Board is a mix of individual talents and skills, when blended together create a dynamic team that supports an invaluable asset in our community:
