The City of Moscow is requesting applications from regional professional artists who can demonstrate qualifications for producing outdoor public art. Eligibility is open to artists, architects and design teams from Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon, Montana and Washington. Three semi-finalists will be paid $500 each to prepare detailed site-specific proposals for the design, fabrication and installation of a permanent outdoor sculpture in a city park in September 2012. Moscow Community Theater – Auditions. Auditions for Moscow Community Theater’s production of “Bye-Bye Birdie” will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday September 6 and Wednesday September 7, with callbacks and interviews for technical positions on Thursday September 8 in the Moscow High School Auditorium.
