Oh, the irony. Moscow the Heart of the Arts just brings Bill McKibben into town for the UI Sustainability Symposium, and simultaneously ITD announces that Moscow will most likely become a conduit to the Alberta Tar Sands. Guess that means Moscow, Idaho is about to officially become Moscow the Heart of the Death of Nature.
